Overview
Bloop ("we", "us") is an AI music creation and sharing app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Bloop you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account info you provide (email, display name, optional profile photo and bio). Content you create or upload (generated tracks, prompts, lyrics, voice samples, comments, GIFs, album/profile images). Activity such as plays, likes, reactions, comments, follows, and what you are currently listening to. Purchase records (we do not store card numbers). Basic device/diagnostic data for reliability.
How we use it
To provide and improve the app — authentication, generating and hosting music, social features, recommendations, showing who is listening, processing purchases, and preventing abuse.
Service providers
We share data with providers that run the service on our behalf: Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, messaging, crash reporting), our cloud backend host, an AI music-generation provider, a GIF provider, and the app stores / payment processors for purchases. They process data only to provide their service.
Public content
Music you publish, your profile, comments, and listening activity shown to followers are visible to other users. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated content at any time in Profile → Delete account, or by emailing support@bloop.app. Deletion is irreversible.
Children
Bloop is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information. Contact support@bloop.app for any privacy request.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be surfaced in-app.
