Delete in the app (instant)

The fastest way to permanently delete your Bloop account and its data:

Open Bloop → Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account is removed immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@bloop.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your profile (name, photo, bio, banner), the tracks, voices, albums and playlists you created, your comments, reactions, likes, follows, and listening activity, and your authentication record. This data is erased and is not recoverable.

What may be kept

We may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes (for example, purchase/transaction records) for as long as required by law, after which they are deleted. Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be linked to you may be retained.
